Janet G. McNicholl
Janet G. McNicholl, 95, of Boynton Beach, FL and formerly of Fort Pierce, FL, passed away on June 25, 2017. Born in Brooklyn, NY to Charles and Janet Scott, she was one of three children.
Janet spent most of life in Wantagh and Adirondack, NY before relocating to Fort Pierce. She briefly worked at Brooklyn Navy Yard, then for Grumman Aerospace before spending time raising her children. She has been a member of Easter Star since 1952 and in her spare time enjoyed crocheting blankets for the veterans at the VA hospital in West Palm Beach.
Survived by her children, George (Molly) McNicholl, Janet (William) Panick, Beverly (Donald) Rovery; grandchildren, Bethany McMahon, Heidi Hess, Krista Koehler, Roslynn McNicholl, and Carrie Koelle; and great grandchildren, Savannah Hess, Emma Koehler, Annie McMahon, Samuel Koehler, Ryan Hess, and Zachary Koehler. Janet was preceded in death by her siblings, Charles Scott and Marion Clements.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations are made to Trustbridge Hospice.
