Obituary for Jane B. Bevan

Jane Bevan, aged 83, passed away on Wednesday, March 22 in Boynton Beach, FL. Jane was born in Orchard Park, NY on August 28, 1933. Her memory will be forever cherished by her spouse of 61 years, Jack Bevan. She was a graduate of Elmira College and went on to work as a teacher and a counselor for over 30 years. Her favorite pastimes were enjoying family time, golfing, singing and travelling. She was a woman of great faith and kind spirit. Jane will always be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness. She was greatly loved by her family and community.

Jane is survived by her husband, Jack; his children, Debra, Carol and Bob; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

A memorial service for Jane will be held on Monday, March 27 at 11:00 am at First Methodist Church (101 N. Seacrest Blvd, Boynton).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer Association (alz.org) in memory of Jane.
